Our rates includes standard Loss or Damage Cover, free local pick up, unlimited klm within a 250 klm radius, registration recovery fees and free use of maps. Petrol is the responsibility of the hirer. The rates quoted on the quoting system are guaranteed.
LOSS OR DAMAGE COVER
STANDARD COVER
Standard Loss or Damage cover is included in our rates subject to the conditions of rental agreement being met. There is a Damage Liability applicable in the event of an accident with another vehicle or theft. Sufficient funds must be available on the cardholders credit card at the time of rental to cover the Damage Liabilty.
LIABILTY REDUCTION WAIVER (LRW)
The Standard Liability can be reduced in the event of an accident with another vehicle of theft by payment of an optional Liability Reduction Waiver ( LRW ) as shown. Single vehicle accidents / incidents condition apply.

PREMIUM LIABILITY REDUCTION (PLR)
The Premium Liability Reduction Waiver ( PLR ) is available in adddion to the LRW at a costs of between $5 and $8 per day to cover single vehicle accidents, Hail, Storm, flood or animal damage. Windscreens tyre and headlight damage has a zero liability. If you wish to purchase the PLR you can do so by either a) request it at the time of rental, b) call our office after you have made a booking or c) request it in the special request section of the booking form when you make a booking. We will then adjust your booking to include the PLR
BOND / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT OF CHARGES
A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover the nominated Liability. If you are using a credit card the Damage Liability is pre - authorized (frozen in your account and unavailable for you to use) at time of rental and reversed on return, subject to the condition of the vehicle upon return and a final inspection by our staff. The Credit Card holder must be present at time of rental. We accept Visa, MasterCard. If you do not have a credit card you may provide a cash, travellers cheque or EFTPOS deposit equal to the amount of the liability, subject to an approved application prior to your arrival. This deposit is refunded on return of vehicle and completion of an inspection by our staff confirming that the vehicle is in an undamaged condition. We also require the rental payment to be paid in advance on collection of vehicle.
KILOMETRES
Unlimited KLM are provided with all our vehicles subject to usage within the area of use.

DRIVERS LICENCES
All hirers must have a full current drivers license which may be from any state in Australian, Overseas domestic or International.
MINIMUM / MAXIMUM AGE
Drivers must be aged between 21 and 75 years of age. Not all vehicles are available to drivers aged between 21-25 and an additional charge may apply to these drivers.
BREAKDOWN SERVICE
Free 24 hour roadside assistance is included in our rental rates.
AREA OF USE OF VEHICLES
Most vehicles are required to be used within a 250-400 Klm radius. Rentals outside this area can be organized but must be approved prior to the rental and a surcharge may apply. All vehicles are for on road use only.

HOTEL / MOTEL DELIVERIES
Within a 15 km radius of our Surfers Paradise depot we offer free pick up from your accomodation or other nominated location. This service is provided subject to staff availability and a minimum rental period of 2 days.
GOLD COAST AIRPORT DELIVERIES
We provide vehicles at the Gold Coast Airport. The vehicle will be available to collect from the rental car area at the airport on your arrival. A small airport collection charge applies.
When you arrive please make your way to the Car Rental Return Car Park located opposite the Qantas and Jetstar Terminal. Proceed to the parking bay's numbered one to six located in the car rental return car park where you will be met by our representative who will complete your paperwork and hand over the vehicle to you.
BRISBANE AIRPORTS DELIVERIES
We offer a collection service at both the Brisbane Domestic and International terminals. The vehicle will be available upon your arrival. A small airport collection charge applies. Due to recent changes to the car rental parking at the domestic terminal all rentals arriving at the domestic terminal will be required to be transfered by our representive to the International terminal to collect the vehicle. Please call our office on arrival and we will direct you to our representative.
BRISBANE CITY DELIVERIES
We can deliver vehicles to your location within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Hirers are required to return our driver to Brisbane International Airport after the vehicle has been delivered to you.
BABY SEATS, BOOSTER SEATS AND GPS NAVIGATION UNITS
A wide selection of approved reversible baby seats and booster seats suitable for children of all ages. Baby seats cost $3 per day to a maximum charge of $25 per seat or for booster seats $2 per day to a maximum charge of $15 per seat. SATELITE NAVIGATION UNITS are available for rent at cost of $5 per day
CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: More than 7 days notice - $50 cancellation fee 24 hours - 7 days - $100 cancellation fee Within 24 hours or fail to arrive / collect vehicle - up to full cost of charges
